Inside Customer Support Specialist

Mosier Fluid Power is a leading factory automation distributor in the Midwest. We are looking for an Inside Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As an Inside Customer Support Specialist, you will

Responsibilities:

  • Serve the customer by taking calls, questions, and orders

  • Provide pricing, availability, and technical information

  • Ensure customer satisfaction

  • Have knowledge of company policies and procedures

  • Knowledgeable in pricing and technical information for all companies we represent

  • Stay updated on new products and pricing

  • Other duties as assigned

Production Associate

Mosier Fluid Power is always looking for responsible individuals to join our Production team. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain an efficient workflow in the warehouse and is comfortable working with a variety of products and materials. In addition, the Production Associate is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, shipping and receiving tasks, and assisting with light assembly.

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude

  • Be able to lift 50 pounds

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must have a positive attitude and be reliable

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

  • Fork truck experience preferred

Sales Engineer

This position requires successful sales management with the demonstrated ability to grow sales levels. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and willing to travel within their territory. The Sales Engineer’s primary focus will be to prospect and develop new accounts and new business at existing accounts. To do this, the candidate must be able to interact with engineering departments and be able to develop influential relationships with purchasing contacts and maintenance managers. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multi-task and prioritize their workload, have strong negotiating skills, and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields, or equivalent industry experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales required.

  • Technical experience preferred.

  • Willingness to travel to visit customers.

  • Demonstrate ability to build strong business relationships.

  • Ability to initiate sales contacts

  • Ambitious and Professional

Qualifications:

  • Prospect and develop new customers within assigned territory. Develop new sales leads, quote customers, and provide technical support as required.

  • Educate customers on products, proper application of products, and assist them with product selection.

  • Assist customers with service requests.
